E-BLOG WEEK 3

• The main task of this week is to do the  Carousel E-commerce online customer service.

• Before the new design chair and old chair arrives to the office, I need to listing the related picture with description accordingly to the Carousel, and then wait for customer to ask the questions.

• What I have learned, the basic communication skills to talk to customer through network, and this is a major part of E-commerce. Basically I need to clear all the question which ask from the customers.
